At Computer and Mobile Repair LLC, customers may buy, sell, or trade in eligible smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and other approved electronic devices.

Buying Pre-Owned Devices

• All pre-owned devices are sold according to their current condition.
• Prices, availability, storage capacity, color, carrier status, battery condition, and included accessories may vary.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect and test the device before completing the purchase.
• The original sales receipt is required for all returns and warranty claims.

24-Hour Return Policy

Eligible pre-owned devices may be returned within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The device must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold.
• The customer must provide the original sales receipt.
• All personal information must be removed.
• Apple iCloud, Google, Samsung, and other accounts must be removed.
• Find My iPhone, activation locks, screen locks, PINs, and passwords must be disabled.
• All included accessories must be returned.
• Devices with physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, missing parts, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

Returns requested after the 24-hour return period will not be accepted unless covered by the limited warranty or otherwise stated on the sales receipt.

Seven-Day Limited Warranty

Pre-owned devices include a seven-day limited warranty unless different terms are written on the sales receipt.

The limited warranty applies only to qualifying functional problems that existed at the time of sale. It does not cover:

• Cracked screens or physical damage
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Lost or stolen devices
• Software, account, password, or carrier-service issues
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal cosmetic wear
• Accessories unless specifically listed on the receipt

The original sales receipt is required for warranty service. Computer and Mobile Repair LLC must inspect and approve all warranty claims.

Selling Devices for Cash

• Sellers must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership may be required.
• The seller must legally own the device and have authorization to sell it.
• Offers depend on the device’s brand, model, storage capacity, condition, functionality, carrier status, account status, and current market value.
• Payment is issued only after the device passes inspection and the transaction is approved.

Trade-In Devices

• Approved trade-in value may be applied as store credit toward another device.
• Trade-in offers are not final until the device has been inspected.
• Store credit has no cash value unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Once the trade-in transaction is completed, it is final.

Devices We May Accept

• Apple iPhones and iPads
• Samsung phones and tablets
• Google Pixel devices
• LG and Motorola devices
• Select smartwatches and other electronics
• Unlocked or carrier-locked devices, subject to evaluation

Computer and Mobile Repair LLC reserves the right to decline any device.

Device Requirements

Before selling or trading in a device, the customer must:

• Remove all Apple, Google, Samsung, and other accounts
• Disable Find My iPhone and all activation locks
• Remove screen locks, PINs, passwords, and security protections
• Remove SIM cards and memory cards
• Back up and erase all personal information
• Disclose financing, carrier locks, damage, previous repairs, and other known issues

Devices reported lost or stolen, blocked, blacklisted, activation-locked, financed, leased, or connected to an unpaid account will not be accepted.

Ownership Confirmation

By completing a sale or trade-in, the customer confirms that:

• The device legally belongs to them.
• The device is not lost, stolen, leased, financed, or obtained unlawfully.
• All information provided is complete and accurate.
• Computer and Mobile Repair LLC may verify the IMEI, serial number, carrier status, account status, and ownership eligibility.

Device Data

Customers are responsible for backing up and removing all personal information before selling, trading in, or returning a device. Computer and Mobile Repair LLC is not responsible for personal information left on a device.

Final Transactions

Once cash payment or trade-in credit has been issued, the device becomes the property of Computer and Mobile Repair LLC. Completed sales and trade-ins are final unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.

Computer and Mobile Repair LLC may change or withdraw an offer if the device’s condition, identity, ownership, carrier status, or account status differs from the information originally provided.
