No upfront payment is required to schedule your appointment. Payment is made in-store when you visit our shop. After we inspect your device, we’ll explain the available repair options and pricing before any paid repair begins.
Please note: Some repairs, special-order parts, custom PC builds, or other services may require a deposit before work begins or parts are ordered.
No appointment? No problem! Walk-ins are welcome during our regular business hours.
All repair services are performed in-store only at our shop location. We do not offer mail-in, remote, mobile, on-site, or off-site repair services at this time.

When scheduling an appointment or visiting our store, please provide the following information about your device:
- Brand: Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, HP, Dell, Lenovo, or another brand.
- Model: iPhone 14, Galaxy S23, MacBook Pro, laptop, desktop, gaming PC, tablet, or another model.
- Service Needed: Screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, virus removal, software troubleshooting, or another repair service.
- Problem Description: Briefly explain what is wrong with your device and any issues you are experiencing.
Providing accurate device information helps our technicians better understand the problem, prepare for your visit, check parts availability when applicable, and provide you with the best possible service.

When you visit our store, our team will inspect your device, explain the available repair and parts options, review all costs with you, and provide the final price before any repair work begins. No repair will be started without your approval.
